We have supplied OEM to more than a dozen global gun-care brands since 1980. ILANSIN is a manufacturer, not a trading company: we own the tooling, we blend the CLP, we cut the patches and we assemble the kits. That is why a private-label brief here is a production decision, not a negotiation with a middleman.

Scope is confirmed per project. The list above is the range we normally support — not every option applies to every item, and anything that needs new tooling is quoted as such.

MOQ
Standard MOQ for private-label orders: 500–1,000 pcs.
This is a working range across our standard product families — not a universal figure. The actual figure depends on kit complexity, whether the item contains liquid, packaging volume and whether new tooling or artwork is required. Dry consumables in existing sizes sit at the low end; machined brass components and liquid filling sit higher; a new case or a new formulation sits higher again. Ask us for the number that applies to the item you have in mind.
Artwork, compliance and confidentiality
- Carton and compliance marking. Shipping marks, barcode, country of origin, importer and distributor labelling prepared to your market's requirement.
- Restricted-market labelling. We can produce workable labelling for markets with specific firearms-accessory rules — tell us the destination and we will say what we can and cannot mark.
- Your artwork stays yours. We work under NDA on request, and we do not resell a customer's design, dieline or formulation specification to anyone else.
- Samples are approved before production. The pre-production sample is the reference against which the mass-production run is checked.
